Job Requirements

  • Must be able to start work at 3:00 AM and maintain reliable attendance.

  • Reliable transportation for early morning shifts.

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed.

  • Previous bakery or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.

  • Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.


Job Responsibilities

  • Arrive at 3:00 AM to begin preparing fresh baked products before store opening.

  • Bake donuts, bagels, muffins, cookies, and other products according to company recipes and quality standards.

  • Prepare, proof, finish, and stock baked goods for display.

  • Fetch frozen products and baking supplies from the freezer as needed.

  • Organize and maintain the freezer, ensuring proper product rotation (FIFO), labeling, cleanliness, and inventory organization.

  • Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift.

  • Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized bakery work area.

  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
