OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst - Subject Matter Expert Springfield, Virginia, United States Apply TITLE:          OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst - Subject Matter Expert LOCATION:  Springfield, VA OVERVIEW Streamline Defense is seeking an exceptionally qualified candidate to serve as an OSINT/PAI Targeting Analyst at the Subject Matter Expert level. This position is contingent upon contract award. OSINT Analysts are responsible for conducting advanced collection, Processing, Exploitation, Dissemination (PED), reporting, and targeting using publicly available and commercially available data sources. Analysts interface with the Intelligence Community to produce intelligence assessments in support of special operations, targeting, HUMINT and exploitation operations, cyber operations, and indications and warnings threat estimates. REQUIREMENTS TS/SCI clearance Minimum 8 years of total experience as an intelligence analyst within the DoD or Intelligence Community Minimum 3 years of specific experience in OSINT/PAI exploitation directly supporting special operations, intelligence operations, kinetic/non-kinetic targeting, and/or HUMINT lead development (experience with traditional/legacy OSINT duties such as reviewing, translating, and/or reporting on feeds from domestic or foreign PAI, social media, or news sources will not be considered equivalent experience) Minimum 2 years of experience with digital signature reduction Advanced proficiency in the current suite of available all-source intelligence tools, databases, and repositories, as well as analytic and targeting methodology Advanced proficiency with the current suite of available OSINT/PAI tools, databases, and repositories, as well as OSINT research and methodology, and a strong understanding of the digital information environment (including social media, the internet, commercially available data, and deep/dark web data sources) Advanced understanding of OSINT/PAI authorities, regulations, and policy Superior written communications skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite Superior verbal briefing skills with demonstrated history of briefing at the O5/GS-14 level or above PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior experience providing OSINT analytic support to special operations ABOUT STREAMLINE Streamline Defense is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) delivering professional and technical solutions across the Defense and Intelligence Enterprise.
