Your Role: Bagger Machine Operator
As a Bagger Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating bagger lines according to customer and product specifications. You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, reducing downtime, and ensuring that all production goals are met.
What You'll Do:
  • Operate the machine to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime
  • Monitor machine operations and troubleshoot minor issues
  • Communicate with the shift supervisor regarding any issues
  • Achieve daily production goals set by the supervisor
  • Follow all safety precautions, startup/shutdown procedures
  • Track and document scrap, product quality, and production output
  • Adhere to SQF regulations and customer specifications
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You Need to Succeed:
3-6 months of Machine Operator experience
Previous experience in plant operations or a related field
Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
Ability to handle physical workload in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attendance, communication, and organizational skills
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player
Ability to work with a diverse group of people
Requires standing, walking, and bending on concrete flooring
Manual dexterity for performing computer tasks
Work Environment:
  • Cold Storage Facility (36-38ยฐF)
  • Exposure to loud noise
  • Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs. or more
  • Heavy forklift traffic
