Position Summary: Operates bagger equipment to produce sealed bags of quality, wholesome ready-to-eat chicken products.
  • Setup and teardown workstation as required.
  • Operate the bagger equipment in accordance with manufacture's design and operating instruction.
  • Verify bagger equipment is producing bagged product that is within customer and/or company specifications by:
    • Setting up bagger with proper film.
    • Setting up code date printer to correct format and date.
    • Verifying bag are sealing properly.
    • Verifying individual bag weights.
    • Verifying clarity, date, and format of code dates printed on bags.
    • Report mechanical failures to supervisor and maintenance department.
  • Change code dater ink as needed
  • Change film as needed
  • Performs preventative maintenance on bagger equipment.
  • Maintain clean and uncluttered work area.
  • Other duties as assigned.
