Responsible for managing, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise backup, recovery, and storage environments. Key responsibilities include administration of IBM Storage Protect (TSM/Spectrum Protect), Rubrik, Commvault, and cyber recovery solutions. Perform backup performance tuning, infrastructure upgrades, client migrations, storage troubleshooting, disaster recovery planning, and automation using PowerShell and Bash scripting. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and support IBM Storage Protect (TSM/Spectrum Protect) environments. - Manage enterprise backup and recovery platforms including Rubrik and Commvault. - Troubleshoot backup failures, restore issues, and performance bottlenecks. - Optimize large database backups (Oracle RMAN, SQL Server, etc.). - Perform client upgrades, migrations, and storage lifecycle management. - Develop automation and reporting scripts using PowerShell and Bash. - Support cyber recovery, immutable backups, and Cyber Vault solutions. - Work with Linux, Windows, virtualization, and storage infrastructure teams. - Participate in disaster recovery testing and backup compliance activities. - Coordinate changes, maintenance windows, and stakeholder communications
