Mailroom Clerk/Backup Duplication Operator

This position is located at the Educational Service Center located at 455 Boot Road, Downingtown, PA 19335. Duties and Responsibilities

This position requires a detail-oriented person to perform all mailroom functions, including sorting and delivering incoming and outgoing mail and incoming and outgoing packages. The position requires troubleshooting and maintaining mailroom and duplication equipment, as well as departmental copiers. Additionally, the candidate assists a duplicator operator in all aspects of duplication projects, and operates all duplication equipment in the absence of the duplicator operator including troubleshooting, placing service calls, ordering supplies, etc. Data entry of duplication billing and inventory is also required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required. Associates degree or higher OR completion of two years of post-secondary education OR 48 credit hours from an accredited college or university preferred. Current police, child abuse, and FBI fingerprint clearances required. Clearance as an MA provider by the Commonwealth of PA and federal government (conducted by CCIU upon hire).

Hourly Range for 2025-2026 School Year: $17.08/hour. Support Staff Benefits: Retirement through PSERS, PA's Public School Employees Retirement System Board paid Worker's Compensation. New employees are receive pro-rated sick leave based upon FTE; unlimited accumulation on sick days...and much more!

Schedule: Part-time: 8:30 - 1:30; Monday through Friday; 260 days per year.
