Supplements Associate Full Time - Store Mid-Level Reports Directly to: Supplements Manager, Store Director, Assistant Store Director Pyramid Foods Team Objective Pyramid Foods believes in supporting our local communities and is dedicated to providing our customers and employees quality food and service at the best prices! In this friendly, flexible team environment, you will play an important role in helping us to provide outstanding service in a clean and friendly atmosphere. Your role as a leader in the store will be to empower associates and solve problems through critical thinking while maintaining a well-stocked and faced supplement department. Daily Operations
  • Providing exceptional service to all clientele
  • Providing a clean, attractive, and inviting atmosphere for customers
  • Maintaining pricing and signage, a well-organized backroom, refrigerated cases, and shelf conditions if requested.
Company Standards
  • Maintaining a firm and ethical relationship with all vendors and suppliers
  • Developing knowledge of and maintaining training in supplements
  • Maintaining clear communication with other departments
  • Complying with all company policies including following dress code and wearing name tag
Basic Functions and Physical Requirements Must be able to lift 50 lb. boxes on occasion and/or exert 25-50 lbs. of force frequently and/or 10-20 lbs. of force constantly while moving and handling materials and products. Must have dexterous use of both hands. Must be able to stand and move about to various workstations. Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull items so that objects move toward areas of use. Must be able to use knives and other sharp instruments utilized in the preparations of food items and/or removing products from boxes. This is medium work requiring good, corrected vision, hearing, lifting, carrying, stooping, kneeling, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and the ability to work on floors that sometimes become slippery.
