Help Keep Our Parking Operations Running Smoothly
At Premium Parking, we create great places to park. As a Compliance Agent, you'll play an important role in ensuring our parking facilities remain safe, organized, and accessible for everyone. Through a combination of customer service, field monitoring, and operational awareness, you'll help maintain a positive parking experience while supporting compliance with posted parking regulations.

What You'll Do
  • Monitor parking facilities, streets, garages, and surface lots to ensure compliance with posted parking rules
  • Issue parking invoices and accurately document vehicle and parking activity using handheld technology
  • Assist guests by answering questions and providing directions, parking information, and general support
  • Conduct routine property inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety concerns, vandalism, or equipment issues
  • Report unauthorized parking, operational concerns, hazards, and unusual activity
  • Help ensure parking equipment, signage, and pay stations remain visible and in good condition
  • Support special events, peak traffic periods, and other operational needs as assigned
  • Promote a safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members

What We're Looking For
  • Strong judgment and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfort using handheld devices and basic technology (training provided)
  • Commitment to safety and maintaining high operational standards

Required
  • Must be 21 years of age or older at time of hire.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Comfortable using handheld devices and basic technology (training provided).
  • Ability to understand and apply parking regulations.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, lift, push, or pull up to 100 lbs throughout a shift.
  • Ability to work in and around moving vehicles and active traffic areas.
  • Must pass required drug screening and criminal background check.
