We are looking for a MIT (Monetization Integration Team) Tech Lead to drive the technical direction and delivery of monetization-focused integration solutions. This includes leading the development of HTML-based integration flows, UI components, and tools that help partners implement Xsolla's monetization products quickly and reliably. The role blends hands-on engineering, architectural ownership, and leadership of a team working on integration-level and user-facing experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of HTML-based monetization integration flows and supporting tools.
  • Drive modernization, refactoring, and performance improvements across MIT codebases.
  • Define, document, and enforce engineering standards and best practices for integration-focused development.
  • Collaborate with product, design, backend, and platform teams to deliver smooth and reliable monetization integrations.
  • Identify, prioritize, and address technical debt to ensure codebase stability and long-term maintainability.
  • Build and deliver end-to-end UI solutions using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend integration points.
  • Own production issues, guiding triage, incident management resolution, and systemic improvements.
  • Maintain strong code review practices and ensure solid test coverage for integration-critical components.
  • Improve overall development quality through automation, stronger testing pipelines, and adoption of AI-assisted tooling to accelerate implementation, reduce manual work, and increase consistency.
  • Mentor and guide engineers, supporting growth and sound technical judgement.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • 5+ years of software development experience, with strong expertise in web technologies.
  • Deep proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and integration-focused UI work.
  • Hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
  • Solid understanding of API-driven workflows and backend integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with templating, bundling, build systems, and deployment workflows.
  • Strong experience with Git workflows and continuous integration practices.
  • Demonstrated experience acting as a Technical Lead or leading engineers through complex systems.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across engineering and product.
  • Good English communications skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience building developer-oriented integration guides, templates, or SDKs.
  • Familiarity with PHP or Go environments.
  • Scrum/Kanban experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
