Back Office Operations Administrator – Roofing Operations
Location: Nashville, TN
Compensation: $60,000 annually (W2)
Start Date: As early as 8 June 2026
RoofServ is a fully licensed and insured residential and commercial re-roofing contractor bringing our success from Atlanta (1,000+ roofs installed annually) to the greater Nashville market. We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Back Office Operations Administrator to support the daily administrative and operational functions of our Nashville office. This role will report directly to the Nashville Market President and serve as a critical operational leader helping ensure projects, customers, and internal systems run efficiently.

    •  Updating project records and workflows 
  •  Organize projects and track job progress through various stages of production and completion. 
  •  Coordinate permitting and licensing requirements for the Nashville office. 
  •  Assist with accounts receivable collections and customer invoicing. 
  •  Support job costing and project financial tracking. 
  •  Maintain organized records and ensure operational accuracy across all departments. 
  •  Serve as a communication hub between customers, sales representatives, production teams, and leadership. 
  •  Help implement and improve operational processes as the Nashville market grows.
