Our Team is looking to add an Experienced Global Operations Analyst


Job Summary:

Responsible for the vetting of international agents and ensuring all required documentation, screening, and financials are complete. Responsible to obtain updated information and documentation from international agents as needed. Responsible to keep all internal Pilot systems updated with current international agent details.

Essential Functions:

  • Responsible to ensure all established international agents have a current CA, Exhibit B and FCPA policy acceptance on file.

  • Responsible to request, review and communicate with international agents to obtain a complete and current IPP and Exhibit A-2.

  • Responsible to request internal screening of all applicable international agents information on required documents.

  • Responsible to complete a credit verification request and submit to accounting for new international agents, or update credit for established international agents.

  • Once approved by management, send agreement for signature to all applicable parties and maintain copy for file.

  • Enter new and updated information related to international agents in all internal Pilot systems and documents.

  • Create international agents fact sheets for internal use.

  • Handle day to day issues as needed with IATA for US.

  • Assist with international operation issues as needed.

  • Assist with international administrative duties as needed.

  • Communicate with stations, gateways, and international agents as necessary.

  • Assist with international reporting as needed.

  • Other duties as advised by management.


Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong Freight Forwarding experience

  • Multi-tasking individual with strong organizational skills

  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Communication, Ethics, Results Oriented, Problem Solving.

  • Computer Skills: Excel, MS Word

  • Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to get along with diverse personalities.
