I trained diligently with my Branch Manager and Assistant Manager for two more years until my District Manager approached me with the opportunity to move into a BM position at a new cashless location. Over the course of six months, I was able to study and observe several stores in my district for different views and styles of work, and in December 2024 I successfully opened the new branch in Saint John!
