Job Summary
We are currently looking for an experienced Accounting Manager capable of hitting the ground running in a diverse, challenging and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate must have the capacity to take care of the company's entire accounting infrastructure while proposing new ways of solving old problems. A CPA license and a proven track of achievements, preferably in the eCommerce industry, is a must for success in this position.
Responsibilities
  • Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing budget and financial reports.
  • Perform monthly expense variance analysis.
  • Perform budgeting consolidation, inter-company transactions reports and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and compliance to internal policies.
  • Interface with management in various departments, including our company counterparts in China.
  • Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Manage and direct all of company's system of accounts and keep books and records on all company transactions in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure financial statements are processed accurately.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and engage in special projects for management.
  • Interface with stakeholders to obtain relevant information and create synergies.
  • Continually review and challenge current processes with an objective to create efficiencies.

Requirements
  • Bachelors in Accounting.
  • CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license.
  • 5+ year of accounting experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Preferably bilingual in Mandarin.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
