Job description

Accounting Manager

Private equity firm in Naples, FL seeks seasoned professional to lead accounting for several portfolio businesses in equipment rental, construction and oil and gas.

Support CFO across the Group in accounting and operational process improvement.

Responsibilities:

Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques.

Prepare monthly financial statements for General Managers, CFO and CEO.

Special projects: Mergers and acquisitions, ERP implementations and ad hoc requirements of Executive management.

Develop Finance teams across the Group in Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.

Coordinated financial reviews and audits with CPA firms.

Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors’ degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA is a plus.

Minimum 5 years’ related experience. Fundamental knowledge of GAAP and taxes.

Experience with various ERP systems including QuickBooks.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Bilingual a plus
