We take pride in creating a warm, personal shopping experience for every family that walks through our doors. Our team is passionate about helping parents and caregivers find products they’ll love and trust.

Position Overview:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Sales Associate to join our boutique team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a strong attention to detail, and loves helping customers find the perfect items for their little ones. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service in-store and by phone.

  • Assist customers with product selection and demonstrate key features when needed.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment.

  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Restock shelves, merchandise displays, and keep inventory organized.

  • Support special promotions, in-store events, and seasonal product launches.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Prior retail or customer service experience preferred (boutique or specialty store experience a plus).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

  • Friendly and professional attitude with a genuine interest in helping families.

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.
