Join our collaborative team at The Johns Hopkins Hospital on Zayed 12 West, a prestigious 32-bed adult inpatient unit renowned for it's exceptional care in neurosurgery and neurology. Our unit boasts a unique setup, including our 12-bed designated Brain Rescue Unit (BRU), a 6-bed Neurosurgical Intermediate Care Unit, and a 14-bed step-down unit. The 12-bed BRU has earned the Joint Commission-Advanced Certification and is recognized as a Comprehensive Stroke Center. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you are a valued member of our team and play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care to patients undergoing a diverse range of procedures and surgeries, including craniotomies, shunts, spinal fusions, aneurysm clippings/coiling's, and more! At Johns Hopkins, our Department of Neurosciences stands at the forefront of groundbreaking treatments. As an RN on 12 West, you'll have the opportunity to care for a broad spectrum of patients grappling with neurological disorders such as Parkinson's, myasthenia gravis, MS, Guillain-Barre syndrome, ALS, and more. Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Nursing required, Bachelors degree preferred
  • Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing program may be considered, provided they are enrolled in an accredited BSN/MSN program within 1 year of hire and complete the degree within 4 years of hire
  • Active Maryland RN license is required
  • BLS certification required

Salary Range: Minimum 53.07/hour - Maximum 53.07/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
