Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IBM BPM/BAW Developer with 7+ years of hands-on experience in implementing business process solutions using IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW). The ideal candidate will have strong experience in integrating APIs, creating custom UI components, and using IBM Integration Designer (IID) to build advanced solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Implement BPD (Business Process Definition) processes and UI screens using IBM BAW with 7+ years of hands-on experience.
  2. Integrate IBM BAW with REST API endpoints to ensure seamless interaction with external systems.
  3. Create custom coach views for rich UI screens that meet business needs.
  4. Utilize IBM IID (Integration Designer) tools and Advanced Integration Service (AIS) to integrate various systems.
  5. Develop BPEL (Business Process Execution Language) components and mediation components using IBM IID.
  6. Debug process flows, troubleshoot issues, and document implemented business logic.
  7. Write and understand SQL queries to interact with databases as part of the business process.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience with IBM BPM/BAW and IID tools.
  • Strong knowledge of REST APIs and integration with IBM BAW.
  • Proficiency in developing custom UI components using coach views.
  • Expertise in creating BPEL and mediation components in IBM IID.
  • Solid understanding of SQL and ability to write complex queries.
