Position: Board Certified Behavior Analyst - 4 positions available at VISTA Education Center (Federal Setting IV)

This position is for the 2026-2027 school year. The first teacher duty day is August 24th, with new teacher workshop the week of August 17th.

Job Summary:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to address the needs of individuals with behavioral and developmental challenges. The BCBA collaborates with students, caregivers, and other professionals to create and implement effective behavior management strategies that promote positive behavior change and skill acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Hold a baccalaureate degree from a college or university that is accredited.

Bargaining Unit: Teachers

Salary Range: BA, Step 1 at $51,599/yr to PhD, Step 17 at $111,313/yr, placement will vary depending on education and experience. View salary grid on the respective bargaining unit listed above, accessible via our Master Agreements page.
