Job description

PathPoint is seeking a full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality, ethical, and person-centered behavior analytic services to individuals receiving support through the assigned division. This position provides an average of 2 hours per person per month of direct and indirect services, including assessment, intervention planning, staff training, and data analysis. The BCBA Consultant collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to support meaningful outcomes for individuals served. Position available in our North Central Coast and Ventura locations.

Position Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Psychology, Social Work, or related human services degree and a minimum of two years of experience in a human services delivery system. At least one year in management or supervisory and familiarity with services within the California Regional Center system of services and support. In current good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst; OR
  • Has completed twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and possess a license and experience as specified in a. through e. below (per CCR, Title 17, Section 54342).
    1. Possesses a valid license as a psychologist from the Medical Board of California or Psychology Examining Board; or
    2. Is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker pursuant to Business and Professions Code, Sections 4996 through 4998.7; or
    3. Is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist pursuant to Business and Professions Code, Sections 4980 through 4984.7; or
    4. Is any other licensed professional whose California licensure permits the design and/or implementation of behavior modification intervention services.
    5. Has two years' experience designing and implementing behavior modification intervention services.

    A minimum of two years of experience in a human services delivery system. At least one year in management or supervisory and familiarity with services within the California Regional Center system of services and support.

Compensation: This is an exempt position with an annualized starting pay range of $82,000.00 to $102,000.00. **
**Wages subject to change based on a variety of factors, and the maximum pay represents the wage potential based on attaining the highest level of position experience, license level, talent, and responsibilities.
