Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Cortica is growing and seeking passionate BCBAs to join our team in Dedham!

We are a unified team of doctors and therapists, specializing in neurodevelopmental disorders.

Position Overview
This work is meaningful and complex. Our roles are thoughtfully designed to support sustainable, ethical practice.
Clinical & Administrative Support:
  • Hybrid flexibility for supervision (when appropriate) & administrative tasks.
  • Clinical Supervisors for case consultation and guidance.
  • Transdisciplinary partners for collaboration across specialties.
  • Care Coordinators for scheduling and day-to-day logistics.
  • BT Managers for performance and operational support.
  • BT Trainers who lead 3-week orientation and support BCAT testing.

Learning & Advancement:
  • Internal CEUs and virtual trainings.
  • Clinical Rounds and company-wide All Brains, ABA, Developmental Therapies, and Medical meetings.
  • Clinical ladder with progression from BCBA I–IV.
  • Growth into leadership, training, consultative, and operational roles.

Benefits (full-time):
  • Continuing Education Stipend: $2,000 annually.
  • PTO: Up to 22 days in your first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.

Compensation & Productivity:
  • Productivity: Between 100 and 115 billable hours per month.
  • Part-time: $70 - $80 per hour (80% clinical, 20% admin - same rate).
  • Full-time: $81,700 and $102,200 + Bonus: $61 to $76 for each additional billable hour + up to 10% of monthly salary based on ABA direct service hours.
  • First Year Singing Bonus: Up to $5,000.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field required.
  • BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) certification required.
  • LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) certification preferred.
