Job description

Door-to-Door Business Development + Follow-Up Sales

Project Blue is seeking motivated, competitive, and coachable sales professionals to help generate qualified business appointments through a combination of door-to-door outreach, phone calls, email follow-up, and relationship building.

This is a high-performance outbound sales role focused on speaking directly with business owners and decision makers to schedule meetings and drive new business opportunities. If you are confident, self-motivated, and looking for strong income potential with advancement opportunities, this could be a great fit.

Compensation

- $2,000/month guaranteed training draw for the first 90 days

- Performance-based commission structure

- Uncapped earning potential

- Advancement opportunities based on production

Commission Structure

Tier 1 – 0–25 Signed Agreements

- $500 per closed deal

Tier 2 – 26–50 Signed Agreements

- $750 per closed deal

Tier 3 – 51+ Signed Agreements

- $1,000 per closed deal

Responsibilities

- Conduct door-to-door outreach to local businesses

- Build relationships with business owners and decision makers

- Make outbound follow-up calls to prospects

- Send professional email follow-ups

- Set qualified appointments for the senior sales team

- Maintain accurate daily activity tracking and reporting

- Follow company sales systems, processes, and training

Minimum Expectations

- Minimum 25 in-person business visits per week

- Consistent door-to-door prospecting activity

- Strong communication and follow-up skills

- Reliable transportation

- Daily reporting and accountability

- Ability to work independently and stay organized
