Job description

Job Title: Senior B2B Business Development Manager
Location: Miami, FL (Hybrid/On-site)
Reports To: Director of Sales

About SWCORP:

SWCORP is a leading manufacturer and distributor of durable goods in the luxury kitchen, bath, and wellness space. Through trusted brands like ANZZI, Meditub, and SteamSpa, we serve residential, hospitality, and commercial clients nationwide. Our commitment to innovation, speed, and quality has positioned us as a go-to partner for builders, designers, and developers alike.

Position Overview:

We’re hiring a Senior B2B Business Development Manager with a proven book of business, deep experience in durable goods, and a strong business mindset. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role designed for someone who’s ready to own key commercial accounts, scale new partnerships, and lead strategic growth initiatives across SWCORP's expanding B2B footprint.

The right person will thrive in a fast-paced environment, deliver results quickly, and bring both tactical execution and big-picture thinking to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage an existing book of sales and strong industry relationships to drive immediate commercial revenue.

  • Expand SWCORP’s reach within hospitality, multifamily, senior living, commercial, and developer networks.

  • Own the full sales lifecycle: prospecting, solution selling, proposals, closing, and onboarding.

  • Navigate complex deals with purchasing groups, procurement leaders, and general contractors.

  • Provide feedback to product, operations, and leadership to help align offers with market needs.

  • Lead strategic projects aimed at improving sales processes, client targeting, and revenue visibility.

  • Serve as the internal voice of high-value clients and bring structure to long-term relationship management.

  • Collaborate with leadership on pipeline strategy, forecasting, and margin optimization.

  • Represent SWCORP at national trade shows, industry expos, and executive-level client meetings.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, specifically within durable goods (bath, kitchen, plumbing fixtures, building materials, or construction-related products).

  • A book of sales and strong industry relationships in hospitality, commercial, or residential development.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive results fast and open high-value accounts.

  • Strong understanding of business strategy, client acquisition models, and contract negotiation.

  • Leadership experience or potential to guide future sales structure, mentor others, and help shape team direction.

  • High energy, resourceful, and committed to exceeding revenue targets.

  • Comfortable working with ERP and CRM systems (Acumatica experience is a plus).

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission

  • Full medical, dental, and vision benefits

  • A growing, product-driven brand portfolio in a resilient industry

  • Executive exposure with a clear path to senior leadership

  • Entrepreneurial culture where you can lead and make change happen
