  • Partner with Training, Support, SMEs, Sales, and Marketing to support knowledge transfer, customer readiness, internal enablement, release communications, webinars, and go-to-market execution.
  • Validate completed work against acceptance criteria, customer expectations, usability standards, and product goals.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, trade-offs, and bottlenecks to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve product quality, customer experience, operational efficiency, and business value.

What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
  • 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role in an Agile/Scrum software or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle, backlog management, agile delivery practices, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization techniques.
  • Proven UI/UX experience, including enhancing existing features, improving workflows, gathering user feedback, and collaborating with design teams.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across matrixed teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead discussions, work independently, take initiative, manage competing priorities, and make thoughtful product decisions.
  • Ability to learn and use collaboration, product, design, analytics, and delivery tools such as Aha, Jira, Asana, Figma, Pendo, Google Analytics, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with SaaS, cloud-based, B2B, or B2C software products preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as business needs require.

  • Knowledge of agency reporting platforms such as NAHMA, ProCorem, WBARS, or comparable compliance and reporting systems.
  • Tax Credit Certification or comparable affordable housing compliance certification preferred.
  • Experience with AI tools, AI-enabled product capabilities, automation, analytics, or workflow optimization is a plus.
