Line Cook (Full-Time) – B2 Bistro + Bar

B2 Bistro + Bar is seeking a dependable, motivated, and experienced Full-Time Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment, takes pride in producing high-quality food, and works well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
  • Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies before service.
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout shifts.
  • Ensure all food is prepared and served in a timely manner.
  • Assist with inventory management, food rotation, and minimizing waste.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service.
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties.

Qualifications:
