Line Cook (Part-Time) – B2 Bistro + Bar

B2 Bistro + Bar is looking for a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Line Cook to support our kitchen team. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering quality food and excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare menu items according to recipes and restaurant standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked workstation.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation standards are met.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with kitchen prep, cleaning, and closing duties.
• Work effectively with fellow kitchen staff during busy service periods.

Qualifications:

• Previous kitchen experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic.
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
