Job description

SUMMARY

  • The Education Sales Specialist is responsible for the overall sales growth and retail partners' brand training in San Francisco Bay area. 2-3 hours desk work, which is included in the 24-30 hour work week​
  • Part-time role.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience working as a Beauty Advisor with Beauty Retailers like Sephora, ULTA, Macys etc.
  • ​Candidates should be willing to travel up to 50 miles one-way to visit stores (and have a car to do so, One side paid mileage).
  • Nice to have skill - Experience in haircare


Responsibilities

• Reports to National Field Manager regarding strategies on sales growth per assigned region, in-store activations and activities, sales reports and sales growth for retail partners, strategies and plans for future B&M retail sales growth opportunities for the North Los Angeles/Los Angeles Region

• Responsible for in-store brand and product training, plans, and opportunities for sales growth for retail partners

• Support elevated in-store events, retailer-led events, and branded promotions for retail partners

• Responsible for weekly reports based on in-store events, brand reporting, and retailer weekly reports.
