  • Safely remove soap from molds using automated and manual hoist systems.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Operate manual and hydraulic cutting equipment to cut soap into loaf or bar.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  • Quality Assurance: Measure and verify all specifications of large soap bricks prior to cutting. <\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  • Keep station, equipment, and utensils clean and in working order.<\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n <\/ul>

    Other responsibilities may include:<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Inventory management: Receive and put away raw materials; store, stage and ship finished goods.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>\n
    • Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, manual pallet trucks, motorized hand\/lift truck. (OSHA Certification Preferred).<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Operate pumps and valves to handle liquid ingredients.<\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    • Package, label, box, palletize and ship finished products.<\/span>

      • Able to troubleshoot and be flexible to jump between tasks based on order demands.<\/span>

      • Responsible for preparing the product for manufacturing and distribution.<\/span>

      • Inspects product for defects and verifies correct counts.<\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Responsible for in\-process checks and inventory adjustments.<\/span>

          • Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time.<\/span>
            <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
          • Steel toe \/ nonslip shoes are required.<\/span>
