As a Licensed Insurance Representative, you will be responsible for providing support for first notice of loss auto insurance claims.
- Filling/documenting claims for customers who have been in accident
- Assist customers with setting up repairs/rentals
- Communicate with medical and law professionals as well as other insurance providers
- Help customers follow-up on previously submitted claims
- Work closely with adjusters, managers and others through Claims process
- Track all call related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Provide feedback on call issues.

Qualifications:
- Possess an active home state Adjuster Insurance License
- Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and have general knowledge of Windows-based systems.
- Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
- College degree preferred but not required.
