Job description

Applications must have direct, hands-on experience with Yardi software to be considered.
The Systems and Data Analyst position performs advanced technical work developing and implementing solutions that support the Authority's business strategy. This position serves as an all-tier support for the agencies Yardi system, including issue documentation, user account and access management, workflow support, and resolution of technical problems. The Analyst will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve software incident; support testing of updates and system changes; and debug reports, queries, and code.
Other essential functions include but are not limited to:
  • Designing, developing, and maintaining operational and management reports, forms, letters, and statistical outputs; ensuring data accuracy through research, validation, and quality control.
  • Analyze and document business process and system workflows; evaluate system efficiency and ensure compatibility of in-house and SaaS applications.
  • Manage test environments and coordinate date refreshes.
  • Create, modify, and maintain SQL queries, scripts, reports, and data imports/exports; monitor system jobs and take corrective action as needed.
  • Develop and update software applications by converting specifications into code, compiling programs, and resolving errors.
  • Providing technical support for application and data-related issues; collaborate with IT team members to troubleshoot and resolve software, database, and system problems.
  • Work with end users to identify, document, and resolve root causes of system or process issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Train end users and technical support staff on system functionality, workflow, and best practices.

Pay and Benefits
In compliance with the Equal Pay & Opportunities Act, the full salary range for the Systems and Data Analyst position is $85,020 to $127,530. Starting salary is determined by the required qualifications for the role and the candidate's relevant experience. This is a full-time exempt position working primarily in office Monday through Friday.
We offer a generous contribution toward health care: 100% paid for employees' only medical and vision coverage, 85% paid for dependent tier coverage. 100% paid for dental. Up to 26 days of accrued paid time off annually in the first year (13 vacation/13 sick days), and 12 paid holidays. This position is required to participate in Washington PERS (Public Employee Retirement Services).

Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field, or MIS, or directly relevant experience can be considered in lieu of the required degree.
  • Four years of demonstrated related work experience. Experience with Microsoft with Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop; Exchange Online, Office 365; SharePoint, Azure Files Services; Azure Active Directory, Windows Service management, and document management and workflow automation software.
  • Experience administering local and cloud-based computer hardware and telecommunications functions is strongly preferred.
  • Extensive experience in Yardi required.
