This full-time position allows for flexibility in your schedule, enabling you to tailor your hours to best fit your life while providing essential mental health support to clients.

Work Environment

This role is fully remote, allowing you to conduct your practice from the comfort of your home. Choose to work full-time (30+ hours per week) or part-time (5+ hours per week), with the freedom to set your own schedule. Our easy-to-use counseling platform ensures that you have all the necessary tools at your disposal to focus on delivering care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with clients via video chat, providing ethical, compassionate support tailored to individual needs.
• Perform thorough assessments and develop customized treatment plans that cater to each client's unique situation and mental health goals.
• Utilize therapeutic techniques to aid clients in developing vital coping skills, improving problem-solving abilities, and enhancing communication strategies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records while minimizing paperwork to allow for more time spent interacting with clients.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals within the organization to share insights and improve treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking guidance and support in their mental health journey. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, addressing various mental health concerns, and helping clients build beneficial skills. Your role will significantly impact their daily lives and overall mental health outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Possession of a current, independent state license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD) without supervision is essential.
• No history of disciplinary actions related to your licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage clients in a virtual setting.
• Proficient computer skills and a reliable Wi-Fi connection to conduct sessions seamlessly.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in providing counseling or therapy in virtual formats.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic methods that are effective for low-acuity clients.
• Previous experience working within an outpatient mental health facility is a plus.
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to current best practices in mental healthcare.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000–100,000 annually, depending on hours worked. Additional benefits include:
