Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Modern Endpoint Engineer (Intune, AVD, Windows 365) to join our team! In this role you will get to Design, implement, and operate secure modern endpoint, virtual desktop, and mobile environments using Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365, and Entra ID to enable zero-touch deployments and secure access across devices.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage Microsoft Intune to deliver secure, zero-touch endpoint deployments
  • Deploy and maintain Windows 365 Cloud PCs and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments
  • Create and manage configuration profiles, Win32 app deployments, and device compliance policies
  • Implement Conditional Access to ensure only compliant devices access corporate resources
  • Design and operate AVD host pools, session hosts, and load-balancing for pooled and personal desktops
  • Manage identity and access using Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA, RBAC, and hybrid identity sync
  • Support VDI profile management and backend storage (e.g., Azure Files or NetApp Files)
  • Administer via Intune MDM and MAM for iOS and Android, including automated enrollment and app protection policies

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in a computer related field
  • 10+ years of related experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) for endpoint and virtual desktop management
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA, RBAC, Conditional Access, and hybrid identity synchronization
  • Proven experience with mobile device and application management across iOS/iPadOS and Android (ABM, Automated Enrollment, Zero-Touch, app protection policies)
  • Working knowledge of VDI profile management, backend storage solutions (Azure Files or NetApp Files), and basic automation/scripting skills
