***Only qualified Azure Cloud Architect candidates located in the Richmond, VA area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence***
Required Certification:
Microsoft Certification in Azure Solutions Architect (Mandatory)
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of cloud fundamentals (5 Years)
Knowledge of single and multi-cloud strategies and implications (5 Years)
Knowledge and experience in designing cloud solutions encapsulating all aspects of design that meet business requirements (5 Years)
Strong knowledge and experience with Azure network and storage architectures (5 Years)
Strong knowledge and experience with Azure Services (examples Azure Key Vault, Entra ID, etc.) (5 Years)
Strong knowledge and experience with Azure Functions, Azure Web App/App Service, Containers, micro-services architecture and server-less architecture (5 Years)
Demonstrated knowledge of cloud security principles including zero-trust, network segmentation, just-in-time access, conditional access etc (5 Years)

Job responsibilities:
Azure Architect will be advising agency on architecture and security concerns associated with Azure including in-place migrations/refactoring
