What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates who will embrace our Cyber Security strategy in the design, implementation and operations of Cloud Security with a focus on Azure. As an Azure Security Engineer, you should be hands‑on in all aspects of Azure security including implementing security controls and threat protection, managing identity and access management, implementing security policies, using Azure technologies.

What will your day look like?

Your responsibilities will include implementing security services in cloud‑based programs based on pre‑defined architectures, managing the security posture, identifying and remediating vulnerabilities, performing threat modelling, implementing threat protection, and responding to security incident escalations.

Your day to day tasks will be:

• Implement, maintain and improve the security posture of the Azure platform, identifying, and remediating vulnerabilities by using a variety of security tools.
• Implement and configure security controls and policies, manage access to data, and monitor threats to ensure that data, apps, containers, infrastructure, and networks are protected.
• Configure access within a cloud solution environment using the defense‑in‑depth principle
• Configure network security including in a hybrid context with traditional network centric controls
• Implement and use cloud native tools like Log Analytics, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center and Azure Sentinel

Job Description

• System Design and Architecture: You define end‑to‑end technical flows on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack and ensure alignment with corporate standards.
• API Subject Matter Expert: You lead the design of API architectures, whether they are generic, sector‑specific, or dedicated to front‑end applications.
• Translation of Business Requirements: You work closely with Product Owners to convert functional requirements into concrete technical work packages.
• Technical Mentorship: You guide Data Engineers in solving complex problems and foster the continued professional growth of the team.
• Data Governance: You oversee the design of the Data Warehouse in BigQuery and strictly monitor security and privacy standards (IAM, data protection).
• AI Architecture: You define implementation standards for AI and Machine Learning models within the data platform.
• Financial Optimization (FinOps): You design financially sustainable solutions by continuously optimizing GCP resources and query performance.
• Innovation and PoCs: You conduct Proof of Concepts to evaluate new tools and keep the technological stack future‑proof.
• Quality Assurance: You perform periodic reviews to guarantee that implementations align with the initial architectural designs.

What are we looking for?

As a Security GRC consultant, you are able to engage with our clients in all industry sectors to scope out their cyber requirements and to deliver on their Governance, Risk and Compliance projects based on your expert advice. You are able to help clients understand their risk exposure in their environment and design solutions to remediate their risks.

What will your day look like?

You will adopt and integrate Compliance & Risk Frameworks for specific projects at our clients. This can include data entry into ServiceNow GRC tool, creating status reports and maintain statistics. You will also support our clients in the development of their security program regarding compliance and data privacy, which includes performing or documenting Framework Assessments; advising on or creating appropriate Policies; and revising, creating, or assisting in the creation of Risk Management, Incident Response, and Business Recovery programs.
