Job Summary:
We're seeking an Azure Technical Lead to guide a team of cloud engineers and drive the design, implementation, and optimization of our Azure cloud environment. This role is hands-on and responsible for mentoring engineers, improving cloud processes, and ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of cloud engineers.
  • Oversee Azure resource deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Drive incident response, root-cause analysis, and cloud reliability improvements.
  • Design scalable cloud infrastructure and automate routine tasks.
  • Monitor performance, optimize costs, and ensure security compliance.
  • Collaborate with architects to align solutions with best practices.
  • Identify process improvements and adopt new Azure tools/features.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 10+ years in IT infrastructure with strong Azure expertise.
  • 5+ years working with Azure IaaS/PaaS.
  • 4+ years with Terraform and CI/CD automation.
  • Experience with Azure security, governance, and networking.
  • Scripting/automation experience + Windows/Linux skills.
  • Knowledge of config management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
  • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Solutions Architect Expert certification.
  • Kubernetes experience is a plus.
