Overview
Azure is at the center of Microsoft's growth strategy, and partners are critical to how we scale impact with customers globally. We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead To-Partner Marketing & Communications, shaping how Azure marketing moments, product news, and partner thought leadership land across owned, social, and third-party (3P) channels.
This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning outbound partner communications for Azure hero moments, partner engagement at Microsoft events, and building differentiated partner thought leadership and influencer presence. You will work cross-functionally with solutions marketing, product marketing, partner programs, field, and external partners to deliver a connected, high-impact partner experience.
This is a highly visible role for a marketer who thrives in ambiguity, brings an outside-in partner mindset, and can translate complex Azure innovation into compelling, scalable narratives.

Responsibilities
  • Own the planning and execution of topartner communications strategy for Azure and partner hero marketing moments (e.g., launches, campaigns, partner initiatives).
  • Translate Azure priorities into clear, compelling partner narratives delivered through owned, social, and thirdparty channels.
  • Act as a lead for partner communications orchestration ensuring message consistency, timing, and amplification across channels.
  • Support partner engagement and experience across Microsoft events (like Ignite), aligning partner messaging with Azure priorities and marketing moments.
  • Partner closely with enablement, readiness, and program teams to ensure learning assets are discoverable, relevant, and actionable for partners
  • Develop and land new partner thought leadership across blogs, social, and relevant marketing channels.
  • Elevate partner and Microsoft voices to articulate Azure value, innovation, and differentiation.
  • Define and execute a partner-focused influencer strategy, identifying the right voices to shape perception and credibility in the ecosystem.
  • Own 3P channel strategy and execution for partner marketing, including planning, placement, and performance evaluation.
  • Partner with agencies, publishers, and internal stakeholders to deliver highquality, highimpact marketing executions.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
  • Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.

Additional or preferred qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
    • OR Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience creating incentive plans for partners in the software industry.
  • Experience in cloud services and/or applications.
  • 8+ years experience in product marketing or partner marketing in the software industry with a focus on service partners.

Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400.00 - $203,600.00 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600.00 - $222,600.00 per year.
