Hybrid | San Diego, CA

Compensation: $117,000 - $147,000 per year

Actual compensation within this range will be determined by factors including experience, qualifications, skills, internal equity, and other job-related considerations permitted by law.

As an Azure Cloud and AI Developer, you'll help modernize critical applications, drive intelligent automation, and create exceptional experiences for our members and employees. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of Microsoft Azure, AI, application development, and financial technology, designing secure, scalable solutions that power key business operations. You'll have the opportunity to leverage cutting-edge technologies including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Machine Learning, Copilot technologies, Power Platform, and cloud-native Azure services to solve complex business challenges and transform the way we work.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, deploy, and support cloud-native applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Build AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, Azure Machine Learning, and approved LLM technologies.
  • Create secure integrations between Azure applications, Symitar core systems, and enterprise platforms through APIs and modern integration technologies.
  • Drive intelligent automation initiatives that improve efficiency, user experiences, and operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using Azure DevOps.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum teams, and technical teams to transform business needs into impactful solutions.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation, modernization, and process improvement.
  • Ensure applications are secure, scalable, compliant, and optimized for performance in a regulated financial services environment.
  • Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, release planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay current on the latest Azure, AI, Copilot, and cloud development technologies.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience developing or supporting solutions within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

  • Financial services or regulated industry experience.

  • ITIL certification.
