Job Description
Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated Insulated Metal Panel / Architectural Metal Installer to join our team in Surprise, AZ. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Installation: Measuring, cutting, fitting IMPs and associated trim for walls, standing seam roofs, and single skin interior sheathing.
  • Blueprint Reading: Interpreting drawings, specifications, and measurements for accurate installation.
  • Material Handler: Unpacking, managing, and preparing materials like panels, fasteners, and sealants.
  • Assembly: Securing panels using appropriate systems (rivets, screws, adhesives) and ensuring proper alignment. Caulking experience and experience with watertight warranty installations a plus.
  • Safety Compliance: Following all safety guidelines, attending meetings, and using safety equipment (especially at heights).

Required Skills and Abilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Well-organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in both a team environment as well as independently.
  • Ability to multi-task and move from one objective to another efficiently.
  • Ability to read plans, measure accurately, and use various hand/power tools to assist the team in high quality watertight metal panel systems.

Education and Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in Architectural Metal.
  • Experience with industrial/commercial construction and insulated panel systems.
  • Forklift and aerial lift operator experience required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements
  • Physical stamina, manual dexterity, and ability to work at heights.
  • Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying.
  • Exposure to temperatures and varying inside conditions.
