Both roles are essential in Ayurvedic healthcare but differ in responsibilities and daily tasks.

What are some common challenges faced by an Ayurveda Manager in integrating traditional practices with modern healthcare standards?

As an Ayurveda Manager, one of the most common challenges is balancing the authenticity of traditional Ayurvedic treatments with the regulatory and quality standards required in modern healthcare environments. This often involves ensuring that treatment protocols adhere to government guidelines, maintaining accurate documentation, and effectively communicating the benefits and limitations of Ayurveda to both clients and interdisciplinary teams. Additionally, Ayurveda Managers must foster collaboration between Ayurvedic practitioners and allopathic professionals to provide holistic care, which requires strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

  • Work in a calm, supportive, purpose‐driven environment
  • Be part of a studio focused on whole‐body healing

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct detailed client assessments to understand physical, emotional, and energetic needs
  • Deliver high-quality massage therapy including deep tissue, trigger point, and Ayurvedic-therapies
  • Create personalized treatment plans that integrate holistic and Ayurvedic principles
  • Educate clients on self-care, Ayurvedic lifestyle practices, and pain management strategies
  • Maintain accurate and confidential treatment records using appropriate medical terminology
  • Ensure a serene, hygienic, and welcoming environment for all clients
  • Collaborate with Ayurvedic practitioners and wellness professionals to support integrative care
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationshipsWhat We’re Looking For
  • Valid state license or certification in massage therapy
  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
  • Interest or experience in Ayurveda, holistic health, or Eastern medicine (training provided)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a heart-centered approach to care
  • Ability to adapt techniques to meet diverse client needs
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
  • Must be available for evening shifts and weekends
  • Seeking long-term team members who are honest, reliable, and dedicated

  • Purpose-Driven Work: Help clients achieve balance, vitality, and lasting wellness
  • Supportive Team: Join a community of passionate healers and wellness advocates
  • Competitive Pay: Starting range at $30 - $35 per hour per service, plus tips
