Job description

Axiom Specific Data Consultant

Senior Axiom Consultants are specialists with in depth domain knowledge and expertise. They are technology experts in their respective domains (product) and as such, are involved in technology strategy, migration, integration, and evolution of their accountable capability as enablers for the delivery teams. They bring a systems thinking perspective within their specific domain and across other.

Experience: Mid-Level

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of Axiom SL controller view experience is a must
  • Must have the ability to create Axiom objects such As Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthand’s, Portfolios, Aggregations along with other data mapping activities.
  • Must have prior experience in mapping and configuring free form reports, tabular reports and automation of Axiom workflows
  • Prior experience on FRY9C or FFIEC031 or FFIEC041or FR2052a, PL and other regulatory reporting initiatives is must
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as Developer in IT industry with a minimum of 3 years hand on experience as an Axiom controller view developer
  • Must have the ability to review project related documents such as BRD, FSD and understand the design and solutions architecture with minimal guidance.
  • Hands on development of ETL jobs, Shell scripting and delivering the functionality details in technical specifications.
  • Must have prior performance tuning experience both inside the Axiom controller view as well as at the DB level

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Senior Consultants look across business, data, applications, and technology to support delivery while providing expertise and perspective on software delivery practices
  • They also act as champions and co creators with other domestic and international partners & vendors to bring new ideas, new technologies, and new design patterns
  • Development and review of PL SQL & other DB code to support date sourcing into Axiom.
  • Ensuring code written meets the predefined company and departments standards.
  • Preparation and execution of detailed unit test cases.
  • Creation of Data Sources, Data Models, Shorthand’s, Portfolios, Aggregations, Fee Form and Tabular Report and workflows using AXIOM controller view tool based on Regulatory report requirements.
  • Migration of Axiom components from one environment to another.
