Axiom Developers are primarily responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining regulatory reporting solutions using the AxiomSL platform. On a typical day, you might work on integrating data from various sources, troubleshooting data quality issues, updating reporting templates to meet new compliance requirements, and collaborating with business analysts or compliance teams to interpret regulatory changes. You will often participate in project meetings and may be involved in user acceptance testing or documentation. This role requires both independent problem-solving and frequent teamwork within cross-functional groups to ensure timely and accurate delivery of regulatory reports.

To thrive as an Axiom Developer, you need expertise in AxiomSL’s data management and regulatory reporting platforms, often supported by a background in finance, computer science, or a related field. Familiarity with SQL, data integration tools, and regulatory frameworks (such as Basel III, Dodd-Frank, or IFRS 9), as well as relevant certifications, are typically required.
