  • Self sufficient, senior individual contributor — comfortable working without structure, scrappy with data, and delivering value quickly
  • Ability to standardize reporting and metrics across fragmented data sources (focus is consistency and trust, not data modeling)
  • Strong communication skills — able to explain fundamentals clearly and work closely with business and technical teams
