Job Title: AWS Connect + Lambda Developer (Immediate Need)

Location: Remote / Texas (Preferred)
Job Type: Full Time Start Date: ASAP


Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on AWS Connect + Lambda Developer who can hit the ground running. This is an urgent requirement for someone with strong experience in building and integrating cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Amazon Connect
  • Build and maintain AWS Lambda functions for backend logic and integrations
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services (S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.)
  • Configure contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and reporting
  • Troubleshoot and optimize the performance of cloud-based contact center solutions
  • Work closely with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions

Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
  • Solid development experience with AWS Lambda (Python / Node.js)
  • Experience with AWS ecosystem (API Gateway, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, IAM)
  • Understanding of contact center workflows and telephony integrations
  • Ability to work independently and deliver quickly

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce / CRM integrations
  • Knowledge of Nice CX1 or other contact center platforms
  • Familiarity with real-time data processing and reporting
