AWR stands for Automatic Workload Repository, which is a feature in Oracle Database that collects, processes, and maintains performance statistics for problem detection and self-tuning purposes. AWR jobs refer to the background processes that periodically gather and store this performance data. These jobs help database administrators analyze trends, identify bottlenecks, and optimize database performance over time. Accessing and analyzing AWR reports is essential for maintaining a healthy Oracle database environment.

What are some common challenges faced by AWR (Automatic Workload Repository) Database Administrators, and how can they be addressed?

AWR Database Administrators often encounter challenges related to analyzing large volumes of performance data and pinpointing the root causes of system bottlenecks.
