Job description

AVP Strategic Sales1

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve growth and booking targets within assigned accounts.
  • Identify and close net-new accounts in collaboration with the Chief Growth Officer.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, including C-suite stakeholders.
  • Develop strategic opportunities and lead pursuits from identification through closure.
  • Engage in thought leadership discussions with business and IT leaders.
  • Own the solutioning process and coordinate cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals.
  • Drive pipeline creation, forecasting, and opportunity management.
  • Lead RFP responses and proposal development in partnership with Service Lines and Delivery teams.
  • Collaborate with Client Partners and Business Development teams on account planning and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure governance, compliance, risk management, and pursuit excellence throughout the sales cycle.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in the IT Services industry, with a proven track record in enterprise sales, solutioning, and strategic account growth.
  • Experience working with large technology services deals and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong business development, pursuit management, and solution leadership capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Management.
  • Experience with a Tier-1 IT Services organization preferred.
  • TOGAF, Project/Program Management, or Sales/Solution Management certifications are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Travel Requirement:

  • Up to 50% travel.
