Job description

The mission of Northland Community Schools is to educate and inspire all learners to reach their full potential. 
Job Summary - Northland Community Schools is looking for substitute teachers to fill temporary absences in various classrooms preK-12.  A substitute teacher provides instruction, encourages student progress and manages the learning environment. 
Requirements:

  • Willingness to be flexible and step into any teacher or para professional role that is needed to be filled on a daily basis


Desired Qualifications:

  • Previous teaching experience
  • Enthusiasm and ability to motivate and encourage others
  • Ability to work and communicate well with others - staff, parents,  children, etc.


Compensation: $183.94 per day
