Shift Information:
Shift Days: Sunday, Monday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
Shift Time: 5:00 AM โ€“ 1:30 PM

Job Summary
This position includes emptying aircraft lavatories, servicing potable water systems, cleaning designated aircraft, and conducting security searches according to company, client, and regulatory standards. When lavatory servicing is not required, team members will assist with cabin cleaning and additional aircraft support duties as assigned.

Lavatory / Water / Cabin Cleaning Agent โ€“ Essential Duties & Responsibilities
โ€ข Ensure a guide person is present before positioning the lavatory truck to any aircraft
โ€ข Position the lavatory truck to the aircraft safely and efficiently
โ€ข Operate lift equipment to service aircraft areas
โ€ข Check and flush all lavatories after servicing
โ€ข Dump lavatory truck during the shift and before the end of shift as needed
โ€ข Refill lavatory truck with blue fluid as required
โ€ข Notify the next shift of any aircraft not serviced
โ€ข Comply with all safety, security, quality, and regulatory standards set by the company, clients, and authorities
โ€ข Assist with aircraft cabin cleaning and security searches after completing lavatory and water services, as needed
โ€ข Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications
โ€ข Must be at least 21 years of age
โ€ข Reliable transportation to and from work
โ€ข Valid, unexpired Driverโ€™s License
โ€ข Ability to read and understand flight schedules
โ€ข Clock in and out at the beginning and end of each shift, including meal breaks
โ€ข Report to work in proper uniform and required PPE
โ€ข Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
โ€ข Adhere to all policies outlined in the Employee Handbook
โ€ข Demonstrate respectful and professional behavior toward coworkers, airline personnel, and passengers

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
โ€ข Sanitize and empty aircraft waste tanks
โ€ข Refill potable water systems using specialized equipment
โ€ข Operate ground support equipment and follow hazardous waste handling procedures
โ€ข Assist with cabin cleaning and security searches as needed
โ€ข Ability to walk, bend, stoop, lift, reach, and push for extended periods
โ€ข Walk and climb stairs frequently to access aircraft and work areas
โ€ข Work in confined or tight spaces
โ€ข Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs occasionally
โ€ข Work in various weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
