Position Summary

Davcor Aviation Services is currently seeking experienced Aircraft Interior Maintenance Technicians to support commercial aircraft heavy maintenance and modification operations in Everett, WA.

This position is responsible for the removal, installation, repair, and replacement of aircraft interior components while maintaining compliance with FAA regulations, customer requirements, and company quality standards. Candidates should have previous commercial aircraft maintenance experience and be comfortable performing interior modifications on Boeing and Airbus aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Remove and replace aircraft interior panels, sidewalls, ceilings, and related components

  • Remove, replace, and install aircraft carpeting

  • Remove and install passenger seats and associated hardware

  • Remove, replace, and reinstall aircraft lavatory components

  • Remove, replace, and reinstall aircraft galley components and assemblies

  • Perform aircraft interior modifications and reconfigurations in accordance with engineering drawings and maintenance documentation

  • Read and interpret maintenance manuals, engineering drawings, and work instructions

  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Follow all FAA, OSHA, customer, and company safety policies and procedures

  • Support overtime, weekend work, and schedule flexibility as required by operational demands

QualificationsRequired
  • Minimum two (2) years of commercial or military aircraft maintenance or aircraft interior experience

  • Previous Commercial MRO experience preferred

  • Experience performing aircraft interior removal and installation tasks

  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced maintenance environment

  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials and equipment as required

Preferred
  • Experience working on Boeing 737 aircraft

  • Experience working on Boeing 767 aircraft

  • Experience working on Airbus aircraft

  • FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License

  • Heavy maintenance or aircraft modification experience

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and work in confined spaces for extended periods

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation

  • Ability to work from ladders, maintenance stands, and elevated platforms

  • Ability to wear required PPE and comply with all safety requirements
