Job description

As the Sr. Data Analyst at Signature Aviation, you will play a key role in using data and analytics to strengthen CRM performance, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision‑making across our global aviation services network. This role focuses on analyzing CRM, operational, and transactional data to identify trends, improve performance, and support initiatives that enhance commercial performance.

The Sr. Data Analyst will partner with Commercial, Operations, Technology, and Business Intelligence teams to transform complex datasets into actionable insights, dashboards, and predictive models that support continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Collect, integrate, and validate data from multiple operational and enforcement systems to ensure accuracy and reliability.

Analyze CRM and operational data to identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement.

Develop dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs).

Partner with commercial leaders to translate data insights into actionable improvement initiatives.

Support the development of predictive models and analytics that help anticipate commercial opportunities.

Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data infrastructure and improve access to operational datasets.

Develop analytical frameworks that support operational forecasting, performance monitoring, and decision support.

Provide clear insights and recommendations to leadership based on data analysis and performance trends.

Work cross‑functionally with Commercial, Operations, IT, and Compliance teams to align analytics initiatives with operational priorities.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience.

5+ years of experience in data or sales analytics, business intelligence, or operational analytics roles.

Experience working with Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM), preferably Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insights Data.

Additional knowledge and skills:

  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to identify patterns and operational insights from large datasets.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and performance monitoring tools.
  • Ability to translate complex data findings into clear insights and recommendations for operational and leadership stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support data‑driven operational improvements.
