Job description

Warehouse Lead

As Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin's largest supplier of lubricants, motor oils, fuels and related products, KWOil services hundreds of car dealerships, many commercial fleets, the local aviation industry and industrial and agricultural markets.

We are currently looking for a qualified Warehouse Lead for our Waunakee, WI warehouse operations.

This position will include the following responsibilities:

  • Warehouse tasks such as loading and unloading trucks, sorting products, and preparing orders
  • Maintaining accurate inventory levels to include ordering and reconciliation of product
  • Package bulk oil into drums, kegs, and pails.
  • Ability to operate computer system for receiving and printing of needed documents
  • Communicating effectively with coworkers, subcontractors and customers
  • Scheduling route deliveries as necessary
  • Various occasional building and grounds related maintenance projects
  • Delivering and unloading product at job sites when delivery driver is unavailable
  • Our standard work week is Monday through Friday, the typical hours are 6:30am-3:30pm with an hour lunch, though we are able to accommodate some flexibility here when needed.

Requirements:

License: Minimum Class D (Required)

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • Full body mobility, with the capacity to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Must have the ability to frequently lift 30-50 lbs at a time and occasionally more.
  • Have a positive, friendly attitude.
  • You will not need a CDL to operate our box truck but you will need to pass a DOT physical including preemployment drug screen and background check
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently operate forklift

Must be a self starter who can work independently.
