Job Description:
We are seeking a Small Parts Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling small mechanical and electrical components using blueprints, work instructions, and hand and power tools. The ideal candidate has previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble small components and subassemblies according to engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to perform assembly tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and manufacturing specifications.
- Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality and compliance with specifications.
- Follow established manufacturing processes and safety procedures.
- Report defects, discrepancies, or production issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
- Support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production schedules and quality standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Aerospace manufacturing experience.
- Experience assembling small or precision components.
- Familiarity with quality standards and inspection processes.
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or gauges.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday.
- Ability to use hands for repetitive assembly tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work with small parts requiring attention to detail and manual dexterity.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
