Position Summary

As an RN or LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and oversee the daily activities of nursing assistants. You’ll play a key role in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and compassionate care.


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Supervise and support CNAs on your shift
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges
  • Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications
  • Active RN or LPN license (Illinois)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Long-term care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift/move up to 25 lbs
  • Capable of assisting residents as needed
  • Ability to handle the physical and emotional demands of the role
